How is Haut Monde Travel different from other booking platforms?

Through exclusive partnerships, we offer perks not found anywhere else. Additionally, we don't charge you any fees for the service and don't require pre-payment for bookings.

Does Haut Monde charge me for booking and receiving free perks?

No. Booking has never been simpler. Simply choose your favorite hotel and make a booking. We will follow up with the final rate and will be transparent with the full price breakdown.

How does the booking process work?

First, choose your favorite hotel from our curated list of nothing but the best. You can't go wrong. On the reservation page, we will ask you to share your name, email, and credit card info so that we can process your reservation.

We will then send you an email with the final rate and ask you to confirm your booking. Once confirmed, there's nothing left to do but check-in at the hotel, where you will be pay the full booking amount.

Do I need to pay when I book a room?

We don't require any prepayment to make a reservation. That means that the full amount will be due at check-in or check-out, depending on the property. We do collect your credit card info but only for the unfortunate circumstance of a no-show, where you never check-in. Most hotels have a flexible cancellation policy, so please reach out to support@hautmondetravel.com if you think you can no longer make your reservation.

Which properties are included?

We want to make sure your trip is guaranteed to be one to remember so we chose only the best properties. Our curated list will also make it easier to find the right hotel for you without spending hours. We personally reviewed nearly every hotel in New York City and we are confident the ones we offer will provide the best experience for the greatest variety of guests.

How can I guarantee I will receive the Haut Monde Perks?

Our perks are exclusive and are rarely advertised by the hotel on any platform. But don't fear, they are real: our little secret. Once you check-in at the hotel, make sure to confirm all the perks with the front desk to guarantee they will be applied to your reservation. If there are any problems with the perks, contact us immediately at support@hautmondetravel.com and we will resolve the problems for you.

Is there a limit to how many times I can book a hotel and receive perks?

There are no limits to how many times you can book any property, so book away! You can even stack nights on different bookings at different hotels to receive the perks multiple times (although back-to-back bookings at the same hotel are generally not eligible).

Will I find these perks anywhere else?

Some of the properties listed have similar partnerships with various travel agencies, but no booking platforms will offer these perks. We also won't charge for the service like many competitors.

Do you match the rates of other booking sites?

Unfortunately, we can't accept the rates you can find elsewhere because of our unique partnerships. Sometimes the finalized rate we send you will not be the cheapest option, but it will always be the best value when you factor in the credits you will get during your stay and other perks.

Can I apply Haut Monde Perks to an existing reservation?

To receive Haut Monde Perks you must create the booking at hautmondetravel.com. We can't add on the perks to bookings made through any other means.

Can I book Haut Monde reservations without creating an account?

You can book any property without having to sign up or login at this time. We will still collect some personal information for the purposes of processing your reservation, but we will make sure to never sell your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

How do I cancel my booking?

We get it, stuff happens. If you need to change or cancel your reservation at any time, reach out to support@hautmondetravel.com and we will help you. Please note that there will be a fee if you cancel a reservation less than 24 hours before check-in time for most properties. We outline the cancellation policy in all booking confirmation emails and on the property details page.

I need to cancel my booking, will I get charged?

There is no fee to cancel if done well ahead of time. The properties we partner with all have their own cancellation policies, although most are flexible. Please read the information listed on the property page or the information we sent in your confirmation email. Most properties will charge a one night fee if a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before check-in time.

Can I change my booking by contacting the hotel?

You can cancel or modify your reservation by contacting any of our properties. However, to guarantee your perks get applied to a new reservation, please do so by contacting support@hautmondetravel.com.

What if there is a problem with my reservation?

What if I want Haut Monde to provide more cities or hotels?
